this blog started out to be a blog about my bodybuilding journey - and will still be used that way in the future - but for now it's the home of another journey - the 365 Project - an idea that came from my sister in law, Christy, in which she saw on a local photographer (Billie Mitchell Photography) site. So join me for a 365 journey!
